iChapter nework releases the latest version of the APICS Template, Rel 4.5b (sub letter releases are considered minor updates and not something a chapter using iChapter needs to be concerned about) This release adds weather service information to the template home page and updates to a newer version of the Microsoft. NET Framework. See the latest APICS Template for an example.

Hosting

iChapter Network web site services requires your web site to be running in a Microsoft .NET hosting environment. In most cases this hosting requirement is priced the same as other hosting environments not providing this service. Also, your web site can be anywhere in the world. It does not matter since iChapter Network communicates with your web site via Microsoft .NET XML Web Services.

iChapter Network has been working with two hosting vendors for years and recommends either provider. You can also stay with your existing provider as long as they support the Microsoft .NET Technology Framework.

    APICS chapters have been using Acitvehost.com since 1999. Located in Albany, NY, ActiveHost has an impressive data center, redundant Internet backbones, backup power (include diesel genrators), friendly help desk and very affordable pricing for .NET hosting services. iChapter Network has visited the data center in the past few years and it's is a clean, well organized and impressive operation.

    Recently, technical support staff were moved to the data center (from an office outside the city) and can address and resolve issue quickly and affectively.
